 My love affair with all things French started many years ago - on that first trip to Paris after I graduated from college. It was love at first sight, smell, taste and language! Since then, I have traveled often to the country that tugs at my heart. I have been lucky to have visited my grand-père's birthplace in the Haute-Saone region and my great aunt's homeland. With my family, I have traveled to Paris, the Pyrenees and back to the Alpes-Maritimes on many fabulous holidays. We've stayed along the Cote d'Azur many times visiting the glass blowers of Biot and the potters of Vallauris. We've played in the sand on the Mediterranean sea and finally settled down and made a home in Provence now spending any of our spare time in the beautiful Alpilles - the small mountain range immortalized by Van Gogh that protects the small, charming Provençal villages of St. Remy de Provence, Maussane-les-Alpilles, Les Baux de Provence, Paradou, Fontvieille and more.
Olive and Branch for the home was formed out of love for my adopted country. Since 2004 we have provided beautiful European and French made products for our discerning customers. We pride ourselves in offering quality French or French inspired products, excellent prices and superb customer service to all our clientele. Most of our items from our shop are direct imports from France. We travel to France often on buying and sourcing trips - always ready to bring the beauty of France back to your home.
