Edmond Fallot Traditional Dijon Mustard

Since 1840, Edmond Fallot has manufactured an

exceptional Dijon mustard using their traditional savoir

faire handed down through generations. The reputation

of the Dijon mustard was acquired over centuries by

crushing mustard seeds with a millstone and adding

the verjuice (green grape juice), both harvested in

the region. "La Moutarderie Fallot" is the last remaining

independent family mustard maker in Burgundy.
