exceptional Dijon mustard using their traditional savoir
faire
handed down through generations. The reputation
of the Dijon mustard was
acquired over centuries by
crushing mustard seeds with a millstone
and adding
the verjuice (green grape juice), both harvested in
the
region. "La Moutarderie Fallot" is the last remaining
independent family
mustard maker in Burgundy.
